We can implement the project with AR technology to provide actionable information to frontline workers, right where and when they need it.

AR “augmented reality” is a highly interactive, visual method of presenting relevant digital information in the context of the physical environment, connecting employees and improving business outcomes.

We take advantage of the most up-dated Hardware, Software and CAD 3D (PTC Solutions, CREO-SIMULATE-WINDCHILL) technologies for design and data management.

Two dimensional design

Transposition and/or transformation of old drawings

(handwritten or made through obsolete CAD) into special 2D or 3Ddrawings. If needed, final assemblies by updating each part according to ISO international regulations (and on demand also UNI, DIN and ANSI)

Thanks to our experience gained from the year 2000 to today, we are able to offer a complete technical assistance from conception to the start-up of the plant or machine, passing through the design.

We can count on an excellent expertise in sectors such as industrial automations, packaging, robotics, automatic assembling machines, presses, automatic lines for straightening, washing machines and so on.

Focusing on production requirements and specifications we develop the basic idea or project by changing and completing existing parts and/or components up to the drawing up of the final project. This is possible thanks to a long and profitable cooperation with leading assembling firms (such as Festo, Bosch, Sommer Automatic, Siemens, Omron and so on).

Engeneering

The collaboration with R&D engineering is also consolidated in virtual commissioning and digital twinging in the robotics sector, complex machines and automatic systems

Prototipo Digitale [Digital Prototype] forms the basis for the Digital Twin and can already be used very early in the development process to test, compare various concepts and reduce the risk of mechanical and software design errors because it can be realistically simulated both aspects.

The final goal of the emulation consists in testing all the designed elements and the related automations, technically controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Motion Control, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) allowing to test the development software to remove system errors before starting the component construction and the entire manufacturing process.

We can help you in each phase of the project even when it comes to development problems and the supply of materials and components.

Our service does not end up with the design phase but it extends itself to the customer care and a non-stop collaboration with the supplier of the single component. It also includes the development of security systems, the authorization for the plant, the checking of the whole production cycle and finally the supply of the related technical documentation.

Through the sending of a report at fixed dates, our customers are always updated on the state of their commission. On demand they have the chance to follow the whole development process.
